Delivery Terms

After payment has been made, all customers must send us their contact telephone number to arrange a delivery date and time. Failure to do this may result in a delay in receiving your item.

Delivery surcharges may apply for certain postcodes in Scotland, Wales, North East, East Anglia & all Islands. Please contact us for further information. 

We aim to deliver your order within 10-12 business days for any item in stock. In the event of the item being `out of stock` delivery will take longer. We will inform you if this is the case. If you require your furniture urgently, please contact us as we may be able to deliver your furniture within a few days.

All deliveries are booked in by telephone 2-3 days in advance so that you know when to expect your consignment. Orders will only be scheduled for delivery if a delivery contact telephone number has been supplied.

You will be contacted one hour before delivery by the delivery driver.

We only make one attempt at delivery. If you are unable to accept the delivery at the first attempt, the second delivery charge will be levied. We only deliver goods to your door. It is your own responsibility to have goods moved within your home.

Items can be collected from the warehouse free of charge or you can send your own designated courier to collect. Please inform us if you wish to take up this option so we can provide you with further details.

Returns Policy

We offer a full money back guarantee if you decide that you do not want the item based on the following terms:

You MUST notify us within 7 days of receiving the item if you wish to return the product after which we will provide you with our return delivery address. The item must be unused and in its original condition and packaging.Customers will be liable for all initial delivery charges incurred by us. You will also be liable for any costs that you may incur in sending the item back to us.
 
Damaged Goods

All damages should be reported to us within 24 hours. If it is possible to provide us with photographic evidence of the damage then please do so. Please note that all items are inspected prior to despatch and will also be inspected when returned. We are unable to accept the return of damaged items if the item was not delivered by us and you have used your own courier.

All return items must be unused and in the original packaging. Therefore please be very careful when un-wrapping the items to keep the packaging intact. This is essential to avoid damages on return.

We will try our best to replace the damaged item. However, if this is not possible then we will offer a full refund in line with our refund policy. You will not incur any delivery charges when returning damaged goods.
